Organizing meeting, travel, dispatch, purchases. • Travel Agency “Vostok – Zapad” Taking telephone booking and orders, translating documents, negotiating with our foreign partners. I developed my customer service skills so that the clients felt easy when asking for assistance with their travel arrangements.
